 International Talent Academy
Brief

The International Talent Academy has opened in Tashkent, a super-premium school that unlocks children's talents and helps them gain admission to the world's best universities. The school is taught by qualified teachers using progressive teaching methods. And it is not designed for child prodigies – they offer an individualized approach to each child, helping them develop their talents, set ambitious goals and make their dreams come true.

How do you present your school's special qualities and convey the benefits to your audience? The founders turned to Fabula Branding for the answer.
Solution

Fabula Branding’s team of analysts conducted market, competitor and consumer research. The research helped to create a positioning that fully reveals the features of the school – Growing Personality Outside the Box. The reference to the famous slogan and the emphasis on personal development conveyed the idea of the school being a “ticket” to a better future for the children. Here, education is about hard and soft skills, developing an interest in taking care of mental and physical health, and a sincere desire to unlock potential.

The brand's mission is to raise generations of happy, confident people who love their work and know how to apply their talents.

ITA’s unique atmosphere is enhanced by an identity built on four colors – yellow, turquoise, blue and orange. This color range is used both for the overall design of the media and space and to identify the different age groups of students. Laconic illustrations with fine lines and photos of children, teenagers, their families, teachers, interiors and exteriors of the school have become part of the corporate identity. The idea of a school with a conscious, innovative approach to learning is reflected in the logo with the stylized letter A.

Naturally, work on such large-scale projects is never limited to the creation of visuals. The sheer number of media created to motivate children to improve requires inspiring communication. “School where talents blossom”, “Future begins with us”, “School of the future – for the children of the future” and other phrases adorned ITA locations.

The team' s joint work with the client has helped to create a bright, recognizable and memorable brand with an open, courageous, caring personality, high goals and timeless values.
Dmitry Kashkan, Art Director and Managing Partner at Fabula Branding:

“Fabula Branding team loves and knows how to appreciate local features of countries and regions. Using our proprietary techniques, we learn the cultural codes, methods and language of communication of the client’s area of activity in 1 month. For ITA, the depth of immersion and the structuring of information were particularly important – after all, the project is very demanding, it is an educational system both within the country and on a wider global scale.

Tashkent's warm sunshine, the inner backbone of the people of Uzbekistan, its vibrant character - it can all be found in our case study. And in doing so, we did not just help ITA to become locally visible, but also brought in global experience, trends and techniques.

And most importantly, our team managed to convey an important message: every person has to grow and develop in his or her own way. We are all different, and that is fine. Everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses, ideas and values, talents and interests. It is important to take this into account when teaching, starting in the early grades – every teacher should be able to see the children’s strengths and “highlight” them.

If a person is talented in chemistry, you don't have to break them down with sports or languages. If they are good at sports, they should not be forced to stay up nights cramming for maths. While studying all subjects is mandatory, special attention should be paid to what is interesting, what works and what inspires.

Growing Personality Outside the Box positioning and ITA identity is a strong foundation in which the values, character and personality of the school are embedded. We have designed it for three persons – the student, the teacher and the parent. To make them feel comfortable to be, communicate and live in the school.

Deep phrases, an on-trend, simple illustration style, striking photos – the result is a truly remarkable project that creates mood, motivates, inspires and covers all points of contact with the school: from the gym to the website.”
